Digital Project Manager

We are seeking a Digital Project Manager to manage the development and delivery of projects in our client's growing Interactive team.

Role Description
The primary role is to clearly define project scope, create effective project plans, and ensure the timely, on-budget delivery of our initiatives. To do so, our Project Managers work proactively and collaboratively with every team in our organization. In this capacity, Project Managers are the main liaison between our internal clients and our Interactive Team.
Additional responsibilities include:
• Communication: Ensure that all departments have the necessary information to complete a project, on schedule and on budget. Must be able to consultatively speak with all members of the HoMedics team throughout the development process. The ability to use effective communication skills to maintain and develop working relationships is essential.
• Documentation: Work closely with our internal clients to define project objectives and to develop the appropriate written specifications for their projects.
• Quality: Ensure that completed projects are built according to specifications.
• Timeline/Budgets: Ensure that projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Experience with short and long timelines is preferred.
• Customer Service: Demonstrate a “Raving Fans” approach to customer service that ensures a positive Client experience. Must be able to add value by thinking strategically about a Client’s needs and by offering regular creative solutions as a solutions expert.
