3 month contract/temp-to-perm for the right fit

As part of its effort to improve the quality of lead generation, our client has recently purchased a technology solution that aims to increase the relevancy of leads generated to improve the overall efficiency of the agency prospecting and acquisition process. The process has been streamlined for online leads whereby agency purchased leads from six aggregators will pass through a data validation filter (ACXIOM) and automatically populate in client's quoting system. The process has been successfully tested with several pilot agencies. Client needs assistance with the execution of the launch plan.

Must Have's:
5+ years of solid PM experience, leading projects for larger corporations. Need to be able to show concrete examples of work experience managing projects from concept to go-live/project completion.

5+ years of solid experience developing & maintaining project and communication plans, work breakdown structures, meeting notes, issue logs, ROI analytics (that identify key milestones throughout project cycle and demonstrate significant return on results, via metrics or tangible data.)

5+ years communication project plans and gathering deliverables for a variety of project stakeholders. Much have strong leadership qualities and an underlying confidence that “shines through” when candidate leads meetings, conference calls and/or presentations to senior leadership, vendors and other key project stakeholders.

Nice to Have’s:
Candidate has managed interactive (mobile / online) projects geared toward client retention or lead generation within the consumer market.
Experience with CRM software/tools.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Project Management or related field. Masters degree / MBA degree a huge plus.

Excellent multi-tasking and time-management abilities.
Deep knowledge of how to develop, execute and deliver all phases of a project’s cycle.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Powerpoint & Excel.

Ability to effectively create, maintain and deliver project and communication plans; as well as develop accurate timelines for execution, timely status reports and identify, log and communicate issues properly to all stakeholders involved.

Highly effective in creating and delivering presentations to senior executives and exhibit strong, finely tuned communication, both verbal and written, skills (to effectively communicate with a multitude of stakeholders, across all levels of the business)

Must be natural leader that can influence and compel people; as well as align them with company’s vision and strategic goals.

MUST be able to “think out of the box” when resolving issues, addressing critical changes to the project plan and preparing shared goals, tasks and timelines for all involved in project’s execution plan.
