Our client, a leading financial services organization, is looking for a rock-solid Digital Project Manager. The position is to support the Creative Solutions team with the daily activities; project manages implementation of digital, collateral and multimedia initiatives/programs, including program coordination and support needed to ensure that initiatives are implemented on time and within budget.
ResponsibilitiesPrimary liaison in coordinating the activities of a multi-disciplinary project team (design, editorial, production, proofreading, writing) towards specific project goals and deadlinesEnsure initiatives are fully aligned with the larger organization, which includes overall digital marketing project management, tracking the approval process and provides proper follow ups to ensure a timely approval.Maintain the weekly Digital Marketing Status Report that allows the digital marketing team and cross functional partners to be fully updated on Digital initiatives and ensures alignment to launch projects on time Support the planning process, development and implementation of digital initiatives, including program development and execution, and working with other members of the organizationManage the ongoing maintenance of websites and assets working closely with internal IT department and team members to support program/ digital campaign launches.Assist in overall Digital Marketing QA processes of digital initiatives to ensure accuracy for launch.Coordinate project kick-off meetings with assigned team to define project objectives, deliverables and deadlines.Monitor project workflow and maintain weekly status reporting that is shared with operations director and related stakeholders Interface with vendors to secure budgeting, turnaround and qualityCollaborate with designers on job specifications and supervise QA process to ensure brand guidelines are consistently achieved through all production outputsSupport senior project managers in setting priorities to ensure effective delivery managementManage and maintain project history, versioning and filesTroubleshoot technology issues/concerns

Education/Other QualificationsBachelor Degree preferred3-5 years digital marketing/project management and production experienceProficient in Microsoft Office, Digital Content Management, CRM, SEO, social marketing and web-analytics tools
