In-house financial Advertising Agency seeks a Digital Project Manager. Our client is looking for a technology-savvy Project Manager who can assess existing internal operation and implement process improvements. In this role you will need to be able to mentor and train the current PM’s as well as partner with account, creative and media. You will be responsible for the life of a project that ranges from concept through final trafficking (outsourced solution). Projects include display ads, e-blasts, microsites and rich media initiatives.

A strong understanding of the creative space as well as keeping up with new media opportunities is required. You’ll play a key part in making concepts come to life and should have an understanding of the capabilities and limitations of the latest web technologies.

Responsibilities include:

- Creating and maintaining project plans and timelines within planning software
- Driving core teams to schedules and ensuring timely delivery of a quality project
- Managing all aspects of design, production, QA and delivery
- Assessing projects and recommending appropriate development processes
- Identifying and working with 3rd party vendors to complete project needs
- Managing trafficking process with PM’s and outsourced solution
- Working knowledge of media plans and ad operations

Qualifications:

- Five to eight years of experience in digital project management
- Proficient user of Microsoft Project and Excel
