Digital Project Manager

This position is responsible for the development, planning and implementation of marketing efforts to support E! a 360 program and provide structure and support to the overall vision of assigned project. Working closely with the Marketing Solutions digital and linear directors to ensure that this project meets or exceeds internal team and client expectations and are delivered on-time and on-budget.

Description:
• Manage day-to-day requests for marketing support. Initiate program kick off sessions.  Work closely with creative team and directors with follow-through on project from beginning-to-end
• Collaborates with the project team to identify the approach, deliverables, schedule and tools to deliver the project within established constraints
• Develops, maintains, reviews and/or disseminates all project documentation including status reports, invoices, change orders, project schedules, budgets, and assist/lead in developing program recap
• Coordinates all activities of the project team and ensures that project tasks are completed by: scheduling and facilitating project-related team meetings (i.e. kick-offs, status, internal/client reviews, etc,), communicating action steps to team, and delivering weekly status reports to project team and management
• Manages vendor/third party relationships (i.e. such as photographers, stock photo services, and video production)
• Responsible for raising and maintaining awareness of all project issues and risks
• Ensure program objectives are met in a timely fashion, including identifying and managing expectations with internal & external constituents
• Manages project financial lifecycle, including estimates, revenue forecasts, invoicing, payables, receivables, etc. 
• Obtain appropriate sign off as needed (creative, programming, legal, etc)

Qualifications:
• 5 years previous experience in Ad Sales Marketing or Project Management
• Excellent project management and customer relations skills
• Organized, detail oriented, and work well under deadlines while managing multiple projects at the same time
• On-air production experience & familiarity with digital activations
• Strong aptitude in the digital space; online, mobile and social. Understands how a marketing program can seamlessly work through all media outlets (on air, digital, mobile, social) in a cohesive way.
• Superior writing and presentation skills
• Strong knowledge of PowerPoint and creating strategic & visually impactful presentations
• Strong problem-solving and creative thinking
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task while meeting tight deadlines
• Interest in pop culture
• BA in Marketing/Communications

Note: extended hours and weekends will be required based on workload and events.
