Digital Project Manager

As part of the Social Business Strategy team, the Project Manager is responsible for creating and managing the execution of Social marketing projects and/or Social Business Strategy team projects.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversees and ensures the successful completion of project execution by creating and managing schedules, facilitating intra-team and vendor/external communication and identifying/troubleshooting potential obstacles.
Define and document project scope and business requirements based on client-provided strategy and objectives, analyzing appropriate data as necessary. Ensure all impacted parties are involved, and align resources to support project execution.
Effectively communicate project strategies, statuses, and key decisions within project teams and stakeholder committees.
Provide development teams clear, prioritized direction on what to work on. Approved completed work for release once objectives & quality standards are met.
Plan, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously within approved timelines
Manage project timelines, ensuring that projects deliver on-time, accurately and within budget.
As needed, develop interactive work plans in terms of project scope, assumptions, timelines, milestones, risks, and contingencies
Serve as a liaison between stakeholders to expedite workflow
Partner with business and technical teams to drive workflow improvements and ensure success

REPORTING/WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
Manage communications between stakeholders from a range of internal groups and external vendors and agencies to execute Social marketing projects and/or Social Business Strategy team projects.
