Digital Project Manager

The Digital Project Manager is a key member of the Marketing Communications team and facilitates the execution of onsite web promotions and search programs for a variety of clients and audiences. This person will assist in web promotions management and optimization processes as well as calendars and schedules. The Digital Project Manager will also work with various internal groups to manage projects and insure all tasks are scheduled and completed on time.

Primary responsibilities/essential functions:

ß Manages the coordination and execution of web promotions and social media based projects on behalf of the digital channel management team.

ß Helps to translate our client's roadmap for paid and natural search strategies into projects and tasks and partners with the proper teams to insure they are prioritized and completed on time.

ß Acts as task master to various internal constituents to facilitate scheduling and delivery of key marketing messages.

ß Collaborates with internal teams and agency partners to insure all deliverables are tracked and on schedule.

ß Identifies trends and areas for improvement in digital channel management processes and

practices in partnership with internal partners.

Skills/qualifications:

ß Processes-oriented individual with ability to work across broad, diverse groups to assure work is completed in a timely manner.

ß Organized, detail-oriented, hands-on with strong project management skills.

ß Thorough knowledge of web promotions, social media and paid and natural search.

ß 5+ years experience and college degree desired.
