Are you a customer-oriented marketing professional looking to apply your analytical and creative skills to deliver breakthrough loyalty marketing campaigns?  Do you bring a desire to have fun along the way?  Aquent is currently sourcing for a Digital Media Specialist/PM for our well-establish, Fortune 500 client, local to the Woonsocket, RI market area. This opportunity is 100% on-site and is 40 hours per week. Our client is seeking an individual to join the Customer Loyalty team to assist them with creating and delivering the best-in-class customer communications. This is a exceptional opportunity where you have the ability to join a dynamic organization, as well as a fast-paced team committed to delivering excellent customer experiences and marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting recurring and ad hoc requests from all levels of management. The expectation is that you have an expert understanding of digital analytics, as well as creative best practices and content nuances by platform (display, video, social, paid search, etc.) in order to help drive strategy and measure success. You will also have a deep knowledge of current and emerging digital technology social media platforms and demonstrated experience building and leading multiple digital media campaigns simultaneously. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Creation and design of digital media campaigns that align with business goals
  • ​Ensure accuracy of entries, update submissions to meet guidelines for each channel, communicate with Vendors for changes
  • Coordinate the creation of digital content such as website, blogs, press releases etc.
  • Lead the development and execution of digital media plans based on brand objectives and campaign goals
  • Operate as the liaison with the Marketing, Sales and Product development teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Collaborate closely with the internal/external vendors and creative teams to drive a cohesive vision and integrated campaigns
  • Analytical support including: o Pulling, consolidation, organization and review for accuracy & completeness of campaign results
  • Achieve deadlines
  • Leverage emerging platforms to identify and engage with known and new audiences
  • Assess digital tools, vendors, and channels for brand use across multiple markets
  • ​Communicate with Vendors regarding basic performance of campaigns, upcoming events, previous events
  • Acknowledge questions, document and provide to the Manager in cases where they can’t be answered by lower leadership
  • Provide basic strategic guidance relating to ways to participate, or actual participation
  • Partner with key internal & external to resolve questions for Vendors or Sr. Managers
  • ​Review performance of campaigns and provide feedback/commentary or ideas to change for improvement
  • ​Improve processes for efficiency, identifying opportunities to reduce time to complete tasks, or increase accuracy
