Our client is looking for a Digital Project Manager. This is an on-site 6-12month assignment with benefits - Medical, Dental & 401k
Digital Project Managers are responsible for the end-to-end project management and successful delivery of multiple, concurrent templates being developed in’s proprietary content management system. The position calls for broad knowledge of the digital landscape, content management, business rules applying to variability and execution along with the ability to drive strategies in close collaboration with project teams.
DPMs have the opportunity to advocate for the end-user through User Experience while also being effective communicators of technology considerations to a wide array of technical and non-technical stakeholders. At any given time, DPMs must be able to manage a varied workload of projects with life cycles of several days to several months.
Specific responsibilities include:
Creating project schedules while also managing workflow in the agency’s task management system
Communicating and monitoring project status and resources often across multiple offices and time zones
Assessing and providing advice on technical feasibility and approach
Acting as liaison between technical, creative and client teams to ensure the end-result delivers on-brief
Developing estimates and statements of work. Sometimes in conjunction with the content management system vendor.
Reporting on the system budget and template usage, identifying any unexpected changes or trends
Gathering and documenting technical and functional requirements as needed
Balancing multiple, concurrent projects through to successful completion
Overseeing change and release management
QA and troubleshooting, sometimes involving test scripts and bug testing
Assisting in the creation, maintenance and distribution of team processes and supporting documentation
Developing strong partnerships with other teams outside of the agency
Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 4-6 years of digital project management experience; at least 2 years within marketing or an advertising agency environment is desirable. Experience in corporate or highly regulated environments also an asset.

Proficiency with MAC and Windows; MS Project and InDesign skills required.
