Digital Project Manager

A small digital advertising agency is looking for an junior/intermediate Digital Project Manager.
We're looking for a hard-working individual who can wear many hats and enjoys working closely with their team members. This team is lean and mean, so you will be expected to be self-directed and
able to manage time well.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about the digital space and all of its possibilities. You must have strong project management skills developed through work experience, as well as a solid overall understanding of the digital space
and its application to B2B and consumer marketing.

Responsibilities:
• Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team to support the development and
implementation of projects
• Manage resources to ensure projects are on time and on budget
• Develop timelines for site builds, online advertising creative development, motion graphic
and video production, social media initiatives, mobile apps and more
• Gather assets from clients and ensure items are organized and accessible to production
resources in a timely manner
• Facilitate communication between the design, development and account teams
• Provide status of timeline, budget and progress on all assigned projects

Must have:
• At least 2 years experience as a producer/ project manager in a digital marketing agency
• A strong ability to anticipate problems and recognize opportunities to nourish and grow
the business
• Experience in developing proposals, scopes (SOWs,) timelines, and project estimates
• Experience managing a site build, online advertising creative development, email campaigns
and motion graphic video production
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a small team where every member is responsible for a project’s
success.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics
