Our client, a global leader in the consumer electronics space, with deep roots in music and pop culture is seeking a Digital Project for up to a 12–month assignment. Cultural fit is equally important to skills fit. They're looking for people who know pop culture, pop music, hip hop, underground music, and social media. In this assignment, you will help drive and execute digital programs aimed at deepening the relationship with the consumer. This role will manage and deliver newly formed consumer program initiatives, setting process and putting plans in place for successful, global delivery of these programs.

Key Qualifications
• 5+ years project management experience with a focus on global digital delivery.
• Strong knowledge in varied digital marketing channels including CRM, email, social media, digital media, mobile and web analytics.
• Experience with localization, QA, translation process and tools.
• Strong knowledge and experience with various email / CRM software.
• Knowledge of customer analysis, profiling, segmentation, program tracking & evaluation.
• Strategic thinker, highly data-driven and results-focused.
• Self-starting with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Proficient in Keynote, Excel, and Word.

Description
• Lead the global delivery of key digital cross-functional consumer programs.
• Be the go-to person for on the digital team for consumer program delivery, aligning with Channel, Retail, Operations, Creative, Development and Business leads requirements and plans.
• Scope and forecast program deliverables, costs and implications.
• Plan and track global roll-outs, integrating closely with cross-functional teams, brand campaigns and brand functions.
• Manage internal development resources and teams to develop, create and test new digital functionality.
• Communicate project timings, deliverables and requirements regularly across teams and functions.
• Oversee reporting and analytics to gather an understanding of customer data, identify insights, and help inform relevant opportunities.
• Create and inform process for implementing and scaling digital programs globally.
• Continually strive to define, inform, and optimize, helping inform new opportunities for growth within digital consumer programs.

Education
• BA or BS degree preferred
