Digital Project Manager

Vitamin has a role for a dream job in Grand Rapids. It is for a Digital Project Manager that will:
Oversees marketing projects / programs in support of client’s global e-marketing strategy. Serves as primary contact
for project participants and is responsible for all aspects of the project / program over the entire project life (initiate, plan,
execute, control, close).
Essential Functions
° Serves as project manager for one or more e-marketing projects.
° Collaborates with business partners to identify requirements, develop plans, direct and execute project activities, monitor
and control risk, and close projects. Performs business analytical work (e.g., requirement gathering, process mapping and
problem solving).
° Prepares requisite project documentation including project charters, plans, schedules, budgets, tracking reports,
specifications and test plans to ensure the consistency and quality of deliverables. Monitors and reports on key project
metrics.
° Participates in and supports the execution of client’s marketing technology strategy. Ensures consistent brand
experience among all marketing communication channels.
° Stays current with trends and best practices in technology, e-business and project management and serves as subject
matter expert in marketing technology.
° Performs additional responsibilities as requested.
Minimum Requirements
° BS in Business, IT or Marketing.
° 5 - 8 years IT systems, business analyst or marketing-related experience with proven knowledge of e-marketing technology
concepts, implementation best practices and experience managing projects that integrate technologies across the demand
chain.
° 5 years of progressive project management experience (PMP certification preferred).
° Demonstrated creative ability and the ability to translate business requirements into technical applications.
° Proven organizational and time management skills; must be a self-starter, self-motivated and able to work independently.
° Experience in the iterative, creative process of Web user interface design and development.
° Excellent oral and written communications skills, proven creative problem solving skills and the ability to lead through
influence and relationship building.
° Demonstrated ability to effectively use office automation/communication software and tools currently being used in the HMI
office environment.
° Proven ability to work well under pressure, manage multiplem competing priorities and demonstrate flexibility in project
management. Strong time management capabilities required with an eye toward detail.
° Abililty to travel (less than 15% of the time) throughout North America.
° Must be able to perform all essential functions of the position with or without accommodations.
