Our client, an agency in Atlanta, is seeking a mid-level Project Manager to join their growing team (temp-to-perm). The ideal candidate will be someone that will be good with clients, keep the team on task, has technical knowledge of website development, e-commerce and marketing projects. Our Project Managers are experienced, versatile and client-facing, and play a key role in the lifecycle of every project, working alongside business analysts, technical staff and visual designers.

We are actively seeking a full-time Project Manager to join our team of industry-leading professionals on a full-time basis.

Summary of the Position:
This role leverages proven project execution experiences, tools and communication skills to ensure the contracted project is delivered on time, on budget and to full scope requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide and support the overall vision for assigned clients
- Responsible for overseeing and directing multiple projects at a time (within a given brand or client) or a singular, large scale or highly complex project, and ensuring that these projects meet or exceed internal team and client expectations and are delivered on-time and on-budget
- Interface heavily with senior marketing, technical, and executive management within the client to assure that the solution is understood and addresses the customer’s business requirements
- Ensure that the challenge and requirements are understood by the team and will participate in the solution developed by the team
- Responsible for the accurate financial management of the portfolio of projects to which they’re assigned
- Work independently, with minimal input from direct manager needed for job performance

Skills and Abilities Required:
- Experience developing and managing project-focused relationships at large companies
- Experience managing and delivering complex service solutions to large companies with multiple constituents
- Proven ability to grow accounts
- Ability to meet revenue, profit and client satisfaction goals
- Strong understanding of digital agency services
- Demonstrated skills in negotiation and leadership
- Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communications, including presentations to senior-level executives
- Comprehensive and detailed knowledge of issues within e-business, which includes a strong working knowledge of third-party solution providers
- Team orientation
- Superior creative thinking and problem-solving skills

Candidates must have experience in an account services role to be successful in this position. Responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring effective relations across all account activities
- Collect and monitor client satisfaction scores
- Meet revenue and profit targets for the account
- Provide leadership and support to all members of the account team

Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- 5+ years of related industry experience, preferably consulting, interactive, digital agency or digital marketing experience
- A college degree is required
- Strong knowledge or experience in marketing and advertising, with particular emphasis on interactive media, strategy, analytics, technology, user experience and new emerging trends
- Experience in project management service delivery is ideal
