Digital Project Manager

Our client has a 6 month+ onsite Digital PM Role.

The Digital Project Manager will work with the HR Marketing team and our digital agencies to manage the

creation of our new Careers websites. The DPM will be the day-to- day point person, in concert with the project

lead, for the project, and will manage project timeline, follow up on project deliverables, document meetings and

next steps, manage the agencies, help manage content creation and translation, help oversee website

development, testing and launch, and document deliverables for additional phases of the project. The Digital

Project Manager is involved in internal client and agency meetings, agency management and budget tracking,

project scoping, overseeing concept and content creation, delivery, and review, as well as final website delivery,

testing and launch.

Tasks:

• Manage relationships with digital agency partners and other external vendors

• Develop project plans, work breakdowns and scope documentation

• Stay on target to deliver on time and within budget

• Manage internal team schedules, including project milestones and tasks

• Mitigate project risks and roadblocks, including scope creep, quality concerns, etc. by communicating

clearly with clients and internal teams and escalating appropriately

• Collaborate with team and guide agencies, developers, QA testers, system administrators and other

internal team members through the entire development process
