Our client is looking for a Digital Project Manager to flawlessly execute digital brand communications across multiple platforms while effectively collaborating with internal and external teams.
Responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating next steps and timing through the strategy
  • Planning and execution phases
  • Aligning with key stakeholders on master timelines and digital project milestones


    Our ideal candidate would be detail oriented to provide guidance on compliance, best practices, and facilitate key learnings across brands to achieve focused and best in class results.


    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES :
  • Create and maintain brand digital projects status report and facilitate regular brand and extended team meetings
  • Identify project milestones and tasks for timeline creation; adjust accordingly for maintenance of overall project plans.


    Such projects include but are not limited to:
  • Responsive web sites
  • Promotional web sites (sweepstakes, contests)
  • Online advertising (Rich Media, Flash)
  • Online Customer Relationship Marketing (Email, Newsletters)
  • Mobile applications


    Work alongside brand teams to communicate:
  • Timelines
  • Project milestones
  • Changes to project
  • Ensure tasks are completed in accordance with project plan and quality requirements


    In Addition:
  • Create and refine best practices and processes for successful project execution
  • Apply teamwork, project management and leadership skills to become contact for promotion, digital agencies and key support groups
  • Engage and interface with internal groups to build professional relationships; participate in Department and COE Initiatives
  • Facilitate review and approval processes; ensure brand provides revisions needed to agencies while maintaining delivery against initial timelines
  • Ability to learn internal project management system
