One of Aquent’s valued Energy clients in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a highly motivated and capable Digital Project Manager/Web Producer to oversee its digital marketing and communication projects for its corporate marketing group. The Digital Project Manager/Web Producer will execute online projects and websites that help enhance the company's brand and enhance at the center of corporate digital marketing and communications for a Global Fortune 10 company.

• Manage maintenance and special projects for online programs, including content updates, feature and functionality enhancements, interactive tools and the integration of social applications
• Manage design standards and brand compliance for corporate Web template in conjunction with digital design agency
• Consult with business units on deploying, designing and managing external-facing websites
• Manage external agency resources including design, development, analytics
• Develop and communicate project requirements and timelines to the team
• Manage measurement and analytics projects, including reporting (Web, social, other)
• Work closely with internal and external subject matter experts to deliver project outcomes
• Serve as backup Web publisher using .NET tools (TFS, Siteserver, Sitefinity)

• Exceptional digital project management experience
• Experience leading a team in all aspects of project execution (designers, programmers, project managers, etc.)
• Ability to solve problems that are unstructured and require ingenuity, perseverance and passion
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders to achieve project goals
• Ability to work with tight and aggressive deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Skilled in using project management applications (ex. Microsoft Project, Bug tracking systems)
• Skilled with HTML programming, CSS, UX/UI design and graphic design processes
• Familiar with social media
• Solid understanding of Web analytics (Google Analytics)
• Knowledge of Web front-end (ex. site usability and look & feel) and basic back-end (ex. programming and hosting) practices is essential
• Familiar with elements of marketing campaign mix, i.e interactive, SEO/SEM, online advertising and promotions
• 5+ years experience managing interactive projects and campaigns
• Agency and/or corporate experience required (working for or with)
• Experience in the energy or extractive industry a plus.

• This is a full-time hourly contractor position.
