Digital Project Manager / Producer - £30k -£35k

The agency work with a variety of global brands and our client roster includes; EE, Help For Heroes, Jones Lang Lesalle, Lamb Weston, Lockheed Martin, McKinsey Solutions, Nestlé Professional Food, Nestlé Purina, Sabic, Tata Communications, Toshiba, WorldVision and Zurich Insurance Group.

The agency has seen significant success in recent years and is currently recruiting for a number of roles in response to a series of recent pitch wins and continuing organic growth, thanks in no small part to the exceptionally talented and hard working team we are lucky to have around us.

Experience working on national and global corporate accounts will also be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Achieving the highest levels of quality and standards for the creation and

presentation of personal and team deliverables.

• Rapidly establishing credibility at all levels within the client and agency team and

transferring knowledge to client, project and discipline to team members and peers.

• Recognising project issues and elevating them to the appropriate project team

members with suggested, well-thought out solutions.

• Organisation of projects / deliverables to ensure on time, on budget, on brief

delivery

• Collaborating with planning / creative / media teams to ensure a joined up

delivery.

• Providing up to date status report for all work in progress and preparation of

weekly status reports.

• Managing and forecasting resourcing requirements inc. internal agency

resources and external third parties.

• Ensuring projects conform to agency processes / reviews approvals.

• Researching, assisting in appointment of and managing third party suppliers/

providers as required.

• Managing projects to budget ensuring time & resources are aligned to budget

and all associated external freelance/supplier costs are managed effectively.

• Provide a hands on support role to the agency team to help raise the

understanding and awareness of digital disciplines.

• Ensure project output is aligned to broader digital and brand strategy.

• Ensure appropriate measurement tools and tracking code etc. is integrated

into each assets as required.

• Support the project team in Quality Assurance of assets prior to final delivery.

• Play a supporting role in new business / pitch presentations if required.
