Our client's Digital Marketing team is seeking a Business Project Manager to facilitate the delivery of multiple cross-functional digital efforts. This person will lead Digital Marketing project teams (editorial, design, social media, email, etc.) to successfully delivery on projects in support of our clients’ business objectives across client's digital properties.

Job Responsibilities
• Maintain timelines & forecasts – The Digital Marketing Project Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining project plans and timelines as well as maintaining the resource forecast for the project when resource needs, schedules or scope shift. This person works with Client Services and resource managers to ensure that forecasts are accurate and resources are properly assigned to projects.
• Manage project delivery process – The Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day flow of work within the project team as well as with our internal clients to ensure that all deliverables are of high quality and meet the project’s stated objectives.
• Track risks, issues, escalations – The Project Manager owns the project risks and issues log and works with Client Services to escalate any roadblocks.
• Provide consistent communication – The Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for the internal project team and our clients upon kick-off of the project. This requires coordination with Client Services to make sure that all project-related communications are accurate, clear and consistent. Communications include status reports, change management communications and leadership updates.
• Manage budget – For projects with a budget, the Project Manager tracks and reports project spend against the agreed-upon budget.
• Liaison with IT and agencies – If a project has an IT component or requires coordination with an external agency, the Project Manager may be responsible for coordinating efforts and providing a single point of communication between teams.

Job Requirements
• 5-7 years experience, at least 3 years leading project teams.
• Experience leading process-centric business projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. This person must be able to successfully communicate with clients, project team members and Digital Marketing leadership.
• Excellent organizational skills. The role can require managing multiple projects at a time depending on size and complexity.
• Strong facilitation stills. This role facilitates meetings on a regular basis. Ensuring that meeting objectives are accomplished is critical.
• Process management experience is a plus. The team is responsible for facilitating, advocating for and evolving the project management, intake and various other processes within Digital Marketing.
• Experience leading cross-discipline digital teams and building alignment on complex or politically sensitive topics.
• Ability to interact with all levels of leadership.
