Digital Project Manager - mid weight

Our client, a highly successful activation and promotional advertising agency is looking to add a mid weight Project Manager/Producer onto their digital team.
For this role they need someone who has a minimum of 2 years experience managing the full end-to-end life cycle of digital campaigns and websites.

POSITION DESCRIPTION
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
AIM: Reporting to the Director of Digital Services, the role of the Digital Project Manager is
implement and manage small to mid-size client projects, as well as support senior project
managers on larger agile projects and contribute to other administrative deliverables of work
for The Agency
MAIN DUTIES - % OF TIME
Key responsibilities include:
1. Delivery of Client Projects. 50%
● Following The Agency business partner project development processes. Filling
out and managing scope documentation, project delivery timelines, risk
management, and amendments to pre-agreed budgets and deliverables.
● Managing the project resources such as UX, design, front-end and back-end
development in the delivery of the projects
● Development of wireframes for campaigns and working with design on UX for larger
projects
● Updating small changes to design files
● Working with the Digital Services team to assist in responding to briefs and pitches.
● Develop and apply an understanding of promotional marketing mechanics and the
legal environment of trade promotion lotteries.
● Develop and apply and understanding of mobile applications
● Develop and apply an understanding of design and deployment of digital
advertising.
● Develop and apply an understanding of larger scale agile project management
concepts with the aim to assist senior project managers in the delivery of these
projects
2. Maintaining a High Level of Quality in Project Delivery 20%
● Demonstrate attention to detail in the translation of UX and designs to the digital
environment. Where possible provide guidance on designs that will or will not work
with various browsers and/or devices.
● Follow and/or develop test plans for client projects prior to launch.
● Conduct testing and work collaboratively with client and technical resources to
manage and eliminate problems.
● Maintenance of project information, capturing of key learning, and demonstrated
re-application into future client delivery work.
3. Work with Internal, CMS and 3rd Party Platforms 20%
● Work collaboratively with client, design and development teams during
implementation of CMS.
● Uploading, editing and quality control of client content in CMS or 3rd Party platforms.
● Advise the business of user challenges within various CMS or 3rd Party platforms
● Assembly of client reporting for site statistics, campaign statistics, and aggregation of
data from 3rd Party sources into The Agency reporting services.
● Management of Search Marketing campaigns.
4. General Client and Office Administration 10%
● Applications for Trade Promotion lottery permits.
● General Office Administration as required.
