Digital Project Manager - Mid to Senior

We’re looking for an energetic and passionate Digital Project Manager to join a growing and tech savvy creative team.

Our client is a well established award-winning creative digital agency who work across a range of innovative digital projects are looking to add another Digital Project Manager to their team.

Manned by a team of experts across design, digital, tech engineering, experiential and traditional design they’ve successfully managed to win a wide array of accounts across some of the best brands in the industry.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
This role has huge scope for growth, there’s constant movement within the organization and if your hunger for all things digital and ambition to grow is there, this role will hold no limitations. Your role will require you to manage diverse digital projects while working alongside clients and managing a cross functional and collaborative teams. The teams you will be working with and in some cases managing will consist of designers, community/ content producers, content teams and technical teams to define and manage the business requirements (functional and technical specs) for digital projects.

THE POSITION REQUIREMENTS
A Digital Project Manager that’s so much more than just Producer!
- 3+ years experience as a Digital PM in an agency environment – including experience managing complete digital project life cycles across campaign management as well as mid to large development builds (please be sure to outline where you have this specific experience in your cover letter)
- A good understanding of how digital sites, social media, apps and mobile come together PLUS how this online landscape is evolving
- Experience in managing multiple digital projects concurrently
- Experience adding structure and process when the project plan is unclear and undefined
- Manage all project related documentation – briefs, requirements, user stories, interaction documents
- Good understanding of the digital project development stages – from analysis through design, UX, content strategy, production timelines and final build + testing
- Exceptional communication, writing, attention to detail and organizational skills.
Any additional skills across Google apps, Google docs, Adobe CS, file management and experience using CMS systems will be a definite bonus for us to hear about


CORE ATTRIBUTES OF THE ROLE
Delivery of Client Projects – 50%
Contribution to Business Development - 25% (gotta love a good pitch)
Working with internal and 3rd party platforms – 20%
General client and office administration – 5%
