Managing the day to day operational aspects of all digital creative projects and insure that they are aligned with the creative brief and are delivered on time

. Opening jobs, assigning work to appropriate member of creative team, creating and maintaining schedules, updating job status, securing extensions and routing comps for approvals
. Delivering creative to appropriate business partner within Digital Services (Digital Marketing, Mobile, ITV, editorial and production)
. Assisting creative team in sourcing creative assets including related photography and video
. Resizing creative assets
. Overseeing and executing submission of creative programs for awards such as CTAM Mark Awards
. Tracking invoices and budget lines
