• Bachelor's degree

• 1+ years in the digital media ad sales and operations industry

• Proven track record of project execution and systems implementations

• Must be willing to work in New York, NY Desired Characteristics

• System experience in Freewheel

• Understands ad server technologies and product taxonomy

• Strong knowledge of sales planning, order fulfillment, inventory, ad operations, trafficking, order optimization, pacing and delivery reconciliation

• Experience in creative QA + campaign troubleshooting

• Technical background – experience setting up system integrations, working with data feeds, and system configuration

• Understands end of the month invoicing, reconciliation and billing concepts

• 2+ years’ experience within a media company 

Team is responsible for the Sales and Traffic systems which support the daily business operations within Ad Sales & Ad Operations business. The Digital IT team is comprised of expert digital analysts and technical resources whom have years of experience in the Digital Media Industry. Our primary focus is to support the 500+ user base by ensuring daily operations run uninterrupted and as efficiently and effectively as possible. We constantly strive to innovate and discover new ways in which we can optimize business processes by discovering and implementing the right tools, systems and processes to help manage and grow Digital business. You will manage complex projects for Digital Ad Sales & Video business. • System Administrator/System Configuration – Responsible for overseeing all systems administrating and configuring within our digital operating ad systems, specifically Freewheel. • Systems Support – Manage day-to-day user requests and inquires. Demonstrate digital expertise by guiding the users on best practices and teaching them how to leverage systems functionalities in effort to introduce business efficiencies. • Oversee all Issue/Bug Management – Act as a liaison between the business and vendors to troubleshoot bugs/issues in order sustain business operations. • Vendor Management - Work directly with vendors to communicate business needs by creating detailed requirement documentation which defines our business needs/requirements which will ultimately guide vendor development. • Develop and maintain core relationships throughout the organization through constant coordination with Pricing & Planning and Ad Operations teams.
