Position: Digital Program Manager
Type of role: onsite contract, 6 months with possible extension
Pay range: DOE
Location: SF
Experience Level: 2-3+ years

A major beauty brand is looking for a digital program manager for a six month contract (extension possible). This person will be responsible for the execution of marketing programs - primarily email, from brief kick-off through creative implementation. You will actively manage and clearly communicate project schedules, deliverables and expectations to all team members, and assist more senior PMs with daily project tasks.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Activates and manages the execution of marketing emails and digital campaigns
• Creates and publishes schedules and sets interim milestones
• Attends meetings with cross-functional departments.
• Proactively monitors progress to achieve deadlines and results
• Fosters partnerships with Marketing, Creative, and Production teams. Clearly and actively communicates requirements, deliverables, timelines and budget status throughout program lifecycle
• Partners laterally with Creative and Production to communicate project schedules and milestones.

Manages day-to-day tasks of program execution:
o Opens jobs and builds job folders w/ all project info; updates as jobs evolve and maintains final product archive of job info
o Tracks schedules and updates status reports for weekly status meetings
o Works with creative teams on resource allocations and timely execution of tasks
o Routes all creative for stakeholder reviews (via Basecamp, ProofHQ, and in-person); manages feedback cycles and revisions ensuring deadlines are met within number of allotted rounds
o Facilitates shoot and retouching milestones between Creative, Retouchers and Photo Studio
• Monitors and advocates adherence to process; identifies means to integrate and improve efficiency between production and digital marketing teams
• Tracks program health; has a good understanding of project life cycles
