Digital Program Coordinator

The Digital Program Coordinator will be responsible for providing support within the Business and Network Services team including digital code initiatives related to publisher programs, digital code sales at retail and prepaid card business. The Digital Program Coordinator will also contribute to process optimization, processing, troubleshooting and reporting. The Digital Program Coordinator must have a hands-on, forward thinking approach and be able to thrive in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Include:
• Assist in the daily business operations of the digital program including processing, acquiring approvals, monitoring, and scheduling requests.
• Digital retail program support and optimization with various partners including trafficking of digital assets, product metadata, and product voucher codes.
• Support the daily business operations of the prepaid card business.
• Coordinate internally with various teams including Digital Operations, Product Marketing, Publisher Relations, Consumer Services, Finance, and other groups as needed.
• Troubleshoot issues when necessary.
• Research industry trends and report impact to SNE Network Operations. Report any key findings and make recommendations.

Qualifications:
• 1 to 3 years’ experience in digital industry required.
• Professional experience in gaming industry a plus. Good overall knowledge of company products and overall business objectives. Strong familiarity with games & game publishers preferred.
• Proficiency in using Product Management tools, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Ability to work effectively in a heavily networked environment. Ability to utilize company databases and processes.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage and monitor schedules and deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple programs and enforce various procedures within assignments including use of company databases and processes.
• Can build effective working relationships inside and outside the asset team.
• Ability to solve routine problems quickly and effectively.
• Can maintain strict confidentiality with privileged information.
• Capacity to implement and monitor complex plans and schedules.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Reacts with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require quick response and turnaround.
