Digital Production Specialist - Display Advertising

Our awesome client is looking for a Digital Ad Operations Production Specialist. This is a full-time contract to hire position.
You must have prior Ad Ops experience, ability to think and work strategically, and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.

This position is more geared toward ad serving as opposed to email marketing but the additional skills are a plus.


-Serve as a technical resource for display and eNewsletter digital advertising operations.
-Ensure high level of quality across digital advertising products by establishing and enforcing standard policies and procedures.
-Identify operational workflow enhancements and help instill best practices related to quality assurance across the digital production team.
-Translate sales strategy into tactical implementation. Test, implement and provide QA on new rich media advertising products, and provide critical troubleshooting on major campaign and redesign launches.
-Traffic and troubleshoot complicated products in the ad/email server and on the web site.
-Work with internal teams, external partners and clients as needed to troubleshoot any ad creative issues that impact tracking, implementation, or reporting.
-Support team in day-to-day tasks and special ad hoc projects.
-Act as a liaison for the advertising operations and email teams to other internal departments, particularly development.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

-2+ Years email marketing, digital ad operations, and/or ad serving experience
-A Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred; IAB Certification is a plus
-Intermediate proficiency with HTML, HTML5 and flash knowledge required (Mostly Editing and tweaking HTML)
-Knowledge of media production, especially for large public-facing websites.
-Familiarity with rich media, including various forms of online creative formats
-Previous experience with 24/7 Real Media Open Ad Stream or Doubleclick’s DFP or other ad serving systems
