Digital Production Manager / Digital Producer

Leading Media and Entertainment Client is looking for a Manager, Digital Production (Digital Producer)  to work a 7 month (possibly longer) temporary assignment in El Segundo CA.  

The Digital Producer will plan and manage cross-channel and cross-brand initiatives.  This will include managing projects, and coordinating with key stakeholders and departments across the company. Will also be responsible for the execution of global digital marketing campaigns for the client's brands. Will leverage process and tools to create schedules and budgets, allocate resources, manage dependencies, track status, identify and mitigate risks and issues, report status to stakeholders, and ultimately deliver projects on time and on budget. 


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Define, estimate, plan and deliver digital and technical projects 
  • Leverage project management & collaboration tools, such as Jira, Smartsheet, and Office 365 (including Teams, Sharepoint, etc.) to manage projects 
  • Manage internal teams and internal/external partners and vendors 
  • Track project schedules and budgets 
  • Managing reviews with Legal, Privacy, Security and teams 
  • Managing rollout of common tools and technology solutions across multiple teams and groups (typically compliance-related, for example ADA compliance tools, GDPR compliance tools) 


SKILLS: 

  • Understanding of digital landscape 
  • Experience managing design and implementation of web and mobile initiatives 
  • Experience managing execution of social, CRM and media campaigns preferred 
  • Experience managing technical teams and projects 
  • Experience following processes/workflows within a complex organization 
  • Working knowledge of best practices and workflows for digital marketing channels (web, social, mobile, media, CRM, etc.) and digital content/asset creation 
  • Strong grasp of project management methodologies (including Agile and Waterfall), and experience with industry standard project management & collaboration tools (e.g. – Basecamp, Slack, Teams, Jira, Smartsheet, Project) 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead through influence and collaboration 
  • Excellent reporting and analytic skills, both quantitative and qualitative, with strong attention to detail 
  • Adobe Marketing Cloud (or comparable) experience preferred 
  • Minimum 5 years of digital production and/or technical project management experience
