Digital Production Designer

Our client is seeking a solid Digital Production Designer to prepare files for website development and Powerpoint and Keynote presentations.

The Digital Production Designer works closely with UX lead designers, UX designers, interactive designers, and the development team to build intuitive and standards-based assets.

You will support the UX team by preparing digital assets for Web, Mobile, and Tablet—perfected to meet the programming needs of the development team. You will also be responsible for creating and managing additional design elements as needed to support presentations, etc.

Responsibilities include:
• File conversion (ex: INDD, AI, PSD, PDF)
• Perfecting layouts (images/buttons on the pixel)
• Layer structure and organization
• Creating UI elements, such as button states
• Optimizing assets (best quality/lowest file size)
• Implement edits and editorial changes to content within comps
• Prepping files for delivery to development

--> Requirements:
• 2+ years working in a design/production capacity in a digital agency or enterprise environment
• Expert knowledge of the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash), Sketch, Invision, MS Office programs (Word, PowerPoint) and Keynote
• Professional working experience with MacOS
• Impeccable file structure, management and archiving
• Meticulous, cooperative and detailed-oriented
• Strong experience with image compression, file correction, and optimization techniques
• Must be highly organized and able to work efficiently on multiple projects to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work with multiple teams simultaneously while maintaining consistency and quality across projects
• Ability to follow branding guidelines and specs
• Great communication skills
