HIGH LEVEL JOB DESCRIPTION/SCOPE:
Responsible for coordinating digital production working with internal clients, developers, editors, and Web Producers. This role will assess client needs and work with the development team to ensure successful delivery on new requests and consistently monitor and maintain site quality, fixing anomalies (e.g. broken links, inconsistencies, etc.). Imagery production and manipulation via Adobe Photoshop (sizing/cropping, batch processing, color corrections, etc.) for use on the Web along with brand compliance is a key job responsibility. This role performs routine web publishing to websites, including updating existing copy, adding new content and imagery and making edits to HTML formatting. Additionally, the Production Coordinator uses Google Analytics and WebTrends to set up campaigns and regularly reviews and analyzes web usage statistics to identify patterns in user behaviors. Other key responsibilities include improving site search ability by adding and maintaining Meta Tags, formatting and sending high-profile, large distribution emails to employees.
Seeking a strong, motivated candidate with experience in project coordination and digital media. Strong proficiency in spoken and written English. The candidate must demonstrate and uphold PGPA's high performance cultural attributes and demonstrate enthusiasm for building a successful digital program.
• Prefer 1-3 years of experience in Digital Production
• Experience in presenting to and interfacing with internal and external audiences.
