The Digital Production Coordinator's primary responsibilities include developing and maintaining critical production schedules, coordinating and overseeing the production process by ensuring deadlines are met and appropriate legal hedge is included, trafficking and quality assurance of digital deliverables and assets included in digital deliverables, circulating digital deliverables for legal and business review and responding to comments, as well as FINRA filing submissions.

-3+ years experience in a related project management role
-Proven ability to handle multiple projects and priorities and coordinate team workflow in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
-Previous production experience in a digital based publishing industry
-Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills as well as an eye for detail
-Ability to manage vendor relationships for purchasing transcription services, a plus
-Strong PC skills, including MS Office
-Bachelor's degree and knowledge of the financial service industry strongly preferred
