Are you a skilled and passionate Strategist with strong Digital and Product experience? Are you looking to join a growing team, passionate about creating strong and well-crafted products focused on giving users the best, most innovative experience possible? We are currently working with a top fortune 500 financial company in their NYC office during their search for a Digital Product Strategist. This position exists within our client’s digital customer experience group that focuses on creating products and services for their business clients. This role is onsite in NYC and expected to be a temp to perm opportunity!

This team has doubled in the last year and continues to grow at an increasing rate to keep up with the demand to continue creating high quality projects. Our client is looking for a Strategist to help them continue as a go-to team within their company.

• Creating the context for powerful, clear and actionable opportunities that are informed by user, business, technology and design perspectives.
• Provide clarity on how the opportunity will deliver value to their customers and business.
• Developing roadmaps that build towards a greater opportunity and balance the above perspectives.
• Contribute to the creation of success criteria for each project
• Planning, scoping and leading the front-end approach of pioneering (exploring new types of experiences or businesses) project approaches with the DCE (Digital Customer Experience) User Research group.
• Create holistic briefs (as timing allows) that clarify the project context – customer, competitive, business and technology as well as project goals and success measures.
• Connect key groups of people, Research, Experience, Business teams to deliver the work and socialize it.
• Possess the ability to be challenged to co-design the cultural context for this work and create momentum for their work and dCE (Digital Customer Experience), more broadly.
