Join the New Business Product Development team, where your goal is make our client's digital channels the most effective marketing and media vehicle for brands. You’ll develop strategies that drive revenue and innovation while creating a fast & fun experience that inspires guest loyalty.

PRIMARY FUNCTION
The New Business and Product Development Team is responsible for the long-term strategy and profitable growth of our client's Media Network through the development and evolution of new products & capabilities across digital channels, including mobile, social and online.

The Digital Product Specialist will manage digital media products sold into the advertising and media market. The Product Manager develops and executes comprehensive strategies including the management and enhancement of existing products as well as the development of new products to meet vendor, brand and market needs across assigned digital channels.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Participate in developing the strategy for assigned digital products.
-Follow & provide feedback into product development best practices and guidelines for team.
-Develop and implement the roadmap for assigned channels and product portfolio.
-Create and evolve the product strategy and future direction to meet the media and marketing solution needs of our vendors, brands and other market opportunities while at the same time ensuring the best experience for our guests.
-Partner with Product Development leadership to evaluate new revenue streams including vendor search, evaluation and selection, negotiating contracts, testing & onboarding of new 3rd party partnerships.
-Evaluation of new tools & technology that enable us to scale our business.
-Develop & implement test and go-to-market and plans, working with cross functional teams.
-Manage the entire product life-cycle from strategic planning to product positioning and pricing as well as tactical activities across assigned product portfolio products sold into the advertising and media markets (e.g. Display Ads, Paid / Sponsored Search, Product Ads etc.)
-Optimize and innovate upon our digital media products, monitor performance, and identify enhancements opportunities based on industry research/trends, web analytics, guest insight, and emerging technology.
-Present projects and initiatives; effectively communicate and educate product and channel strategies, trends and key decisions with project teams and stakeholders...
-Work closely collaborating with cross-company partners to oversee project implementation and develop models for integrating new products in our business.
-Day-to-day contact for 3rd party relationships to support ad tech & automated revenue sources.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
-4-year Degree in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Media, or related areas of study or equivalent work experience
-3-5 years of digital, product development, marketing and/or the equivalent.
-Demonstrated leadership experience effectively managing and developing team
-Ability to prioritize opportunities based on likelihood to succeed, business and guest value and feasibility.
-Familiar with Digital Media industry, marketing, industry resources and adept at deciphering insights to drive strategies.
-Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, deriving sensible solutions.
-Demonstrated ability to think critically and strategically, including ability to develop business cases.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, necessary to socialize ideas, influence others, and build consensus.
-Ability to work through ambiguity.
