Digital Product Manager

Come join a part of the rapidly growing Digital Team, Digital Messaging Products. Our group is driving enhancements both within and across many lines of business. You will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in improving the online customer experience for users of Card and other consumer products. Your Product focus will be on the Digital Messaging, which provides Transactional and Security Email Alerts, SMS Alerts and Push Notifications to multiple Mobile Apps. In addition to lifecycle management of innovative features from ideation through delivery, as part of the Products team, you will perform a critical front line role in ensuring and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Work with cross-functional teams to translate business and customer needs and technology directions into new features and services.
- Product owner responsibilities within an agile team, including documenting user stories including robust acceptance criteria and acting as central participant in Agile Scrum Sprint Ceremonies (Stand ups, Demos, Retros)
- Drive day-to-day prioritization of work operations, projects and scope, troubleshoot reported issues.
- Monitor customer feedback and internal reporting metrics to validate ongoing product delivery. Prioritize critical changes to production features and work with IT teams to document and deliver necessary enhancements.

We need strong, seasoned, technical product managers who are comfortable working with local and remote development teams and who have experience in both Agile and Traditional Software development models.

Basic Qualifications:
- Strong written and oral communications
- Ability to lead a team to desired outcome
- Excellent presentation skills, comfortable presenting to senior leadership
- Ability to identify and negotiate solutions to address project challenges
- Great translators; able to speak the language of Tech and of Business teams
- Strong attention to detail with ability to see and explain the big picture
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, change, and shifting priorities
- Able to perform with minimal direction
- Exposure to Agile methodology

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Business Administration (MBA)
- New Product Development certification (NPDP) or equivalent work experience
- Business to Consumer (B2C) Product Management background
- 5+years of team management experience
- 5+years of experience managing client or vendor relationships
- 5+years in Digital Product Management
