Digital Product Manager

Aquent's Fortune500 client in Woonsocket, Ri is looking for a Digital Product Manager to fulfill a 3-5 month contract, 40 hrs/5 days, onsite, with potential to extend beyond.

Overview:
Core responsibility: To own, define and implement the product roadmap. Help shape long- and short-term strategy while providing quick and clear value-add to the business. You will help identify the next priorities, lead the definition of requirements for each product, partner with our IT teams through development and deployment, and own and manage the product on-going. This role will have high level exposure and need superior communication and presentation skills to deliver insights to stakeholders and team members, including executives. This role will work closely with the ExtraCare business team among many internal teams including but not limited to solutions architects, strategists, analysts, vendors and creative directors to successfully execute the project(s). Successful candidates will have a strong technical ability, excellent product management skills, and experience translating business objectives to product requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:
∙ Drive the definition, development and deployment of capabilities that substantially enhance the consumer experience and address CVS’ strategic and financial objectives (including CRM and other personalization platforms)
∙ Conduct product and competitive research and analysis to stay abreast of what is possible to advance business objectives
∙ Work closely with our ExtraCare team and other key business partners to collect requirements, understand and help identify business value, understand required capabilities, translate these to technical product requirements
∙ Work closely with our analytics group to define KPIs & metrics to monitor both the customer experience as well as the business value
∙ Partner with our IT PMO and development teams through requirements, development, testing and deployment
∙ Partner with project teams, vendors, IT, analytics, systems specialists and other technical resources in this hands-on role driving products from inception to production implementation
∙ Support usability testing for roadmap initiatives in the Test phase to ensure key business objectives are met
∙ Act as point of contact for production support, managing communication and status with key business stakeholders
∙ Manage usability and consumer research initiatives for key roadmap and innovation projects working cross-functionally with key stakeholders
∙ Managing and identifying risks, mitigation plans, and executive updates
