Job Summary and Mission
This position contributes to success by assuming end-to-end responsibility for the strategic value, usability, and performance of one of our digital products, specifically digital innovation of customer experience, supporting platform, and technology vendors used in the retail store environment. To be successful, the product manager needs to have technical acumen and a passion for delighting product users with simple solutions and engaging digital experiences.

Summary of Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Lead RFI/RFP process
- Work with business requirements and drive development progress in a cross-functional environment
- Provide UI/UX/technical / operational insights
- Manages product planning and development through day to day collaboration and decision making with a cross-functional team including architects, developers,designers and business or subject matter representatives
- Designs and drives usability studies to inform product requirements and influence product design and experience
- Defines and analyzes metrics that measure and benchmark product success
- Executes digital category vision by creating cross-functional alignment of priorities leading to product delivery
- Recommends and plans innovative products and features
- Drives optimization and process improvements between product, design, site management, and development teams
- Holds development team accountable to agreed upon development process and release schedule
- Maintains product backlog and leads regular prioritization with business unit owners and leadership
- Manages bug backlog, determines priority of bugs and which releases they are assigned to
- Works with larger product management organization to align on vision, strategy and roadmap

Basic Qualifications
Basic Qualifications are objective, non-comparative, and relevant requirements essential to performing a role anywhere in the company. - At least five years experience in product or brand management
- At least five years experience in requirements and analysis / design
- At least two years experience leading development of new or existing product or strategies from conception to implementation
- At least one year managing a product or project budget
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA preferred
