Digital Product Information Analyst

Our large financial services client located in Owings Mills, MD is looking for a Digital Product Information Analyst for a 6+ month contract position with high potential for extensions. This role is full time, onsite, contract with benefits through Aquent.

The Digital Product Information Analyst maintains a high level of product information integrity on digital properties.

Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify product information discrepancies
- Track, analyze and remediate product information discrepancies identified and/or reported to the team
- Assist with product information changes (e.g., fund launches)
- Facilitate legal review (annual or otherwise)
- Work closely with shared services (Legal, ESS, GBS, EP)
- Perform user acceptance testing and provide validation/confirmation
- Maintain records in a compliant fashion (retention, FINRA filing) Skills
- Strong Project Management skills (detailed documentation, schedule management)
- Investment Product Knowledge (e.g. Series 6 and 63 or 7)
- Digital Site Experience strongly preferred (blogging, web site development)

The Digital Product Information Analyst primary responsibility is to manage USIS product information. This role provides timely updates to packaging system components when product information changes or new products are launched. This role audits marketing platforms for product information data inconsistencies or errors, and manages the resolution of product information errors or inconsistencies, including approvals.

The Digital Product Information Analyst will need to use independent judgment to prioritize the tasks needed to complete the assigned projects, but will collaborate with the Lead Marketing Manager to prioritize projects when conflicting priorities and deadlines arise. The Marketing Consultant will need to utilize a variety of research skills to discover root-cause and extent of data information errors/inconsistencies, as well as competitive analysis and will collaborate with many teams, including CMI, ESS, GBS, investments, and the business segments, to locate the information they need to make business recommendations. This role will adhere to existing policies and procedures, and will apply their technical knowledge to review corrections or edits to marketing content before it is available for audience consumption.

Desired qualifications:
The consultant will help integrate new products and product information changes into our various digital platforms and, secondarily, print collateral.
The consultant will also work with technology partners to resolve product information errors on our digital properties. For example, the consultant will create markups for new funds based on current fund pages using guides and direction, submit those markups to legal department, and work with technology teams to implement the changes—including approval of those changes.
