Digital Product Communications & Messaging

Large, global financial services client seeks a hands-on Communications Manager to join the End User Computing Product (EUC) Management team focused on firm’s mobile technology portfolio. This individual will work closely with the EUC Product Management, Firm Marketing and Internal Communications teams to develop a firm wide marketing campaign, internal corporate communications and the necessary artifacts in support of the firm’s mobile strategy.

*Duration:* 6 months (40 hrs/week)
*Location:* Must be commutable to NYC office for meetings several days per week (other days can be done from home office)

Responsibilities include:
• Develop cohesive internal marketing communications across the mobile product space including websites, communications, documentation and events (consistent with branding)
• Develop clear navigation, informational design, and determine workflow within product space
• Revamp existing product positioning and messaging collateral
• Partner with internal teams to execute both global and business unit focused marketing campaigns
• Maintain end user facing product sites

Skills & Requirements
• Digital Product marketing experience
• Strong marketing & corporate communications strategy and writing experience
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent project management skills & attention to detail
• Strong self-management skills & ability to work independently on multiple work streams
• Practical experience with enterprise collaboration platforms e.g., SharePoint, Twiki, Jive

Experience Level
• 3+ years of software product marketing experience
• Bachelor’s in business or marketing
