Digital Producer & Project manager
West London

The Digital Producer’s role is to ensure that all aspects of a digital project(s) are successfully

delivered to the client. The role is the liaison between the client, account team, strategy team and

technical production resources (in house or outsourced), to deliver on digital solutions.


Client Management

• Participate in the development of integrated digital solutions that leverage agency

offerings and are mutually beneficial for the client and the agency

• Collaborate with the agency and client teams on development, writing and presentation of

incremental project proposals

• Own scopes of work, schedules and resourcing plans as they relate to projects

• Build and maintain effective client relationships, ensuring that all client’s needs are heard,

understood and addressed in a timely way

• Ensure clear communication to the client for the assigned project regarding roles and

responsibilities, scope, budget, schedules and project status/action items

• Ensures project schedules are clearly communicated to client and approved

Team Management

• Working with the Account Director, manage the digital process from creative through

execution using company's processes and tools

• With advice from Head of Digital and team, hire/engage the appropriate contractors/

suppliers to complete the team’s required skillsets.

• Create and manage the project timing plan to ensure delivery

• Ensure regular project team meetings & reviews ensuring all deadlines are met

• Manage resources; identify, negotiate and book external resources as needed

Budget Management

• Working with the Account Director, create project budgets and manage the revenue

throughout client projects ensuring the project is deliver on budget within agreed margins

• Translate costs to a sell price with appropriate detail to be communicated to the client

• Manage/mitigate third party costs

• Develop and actively manage vendor/ freelance talent relationships to ensure best

available talent and pricing

• Reconcile project costs against budget for your assigned project

Creative Management

• Participate in creative brainstorms as required

• As part of the team continually look for innovative solutions and production methods

Success Measures

• Flawless delivery of client commitments

• Budget, margin and timelines managed and achieved

• Seen as a valuable leader of project by clients and internal team

• Repeat business with client


• College degree

• 5-6 plus years of marketing/client services experience with at least last 3 years delivering

Digital solutions inside a fast moving agency environment

• Strong project management, organizational and communication skills and problem solving


• Strong digital technology experience in areas such as website development, social media,

mobile, e-mail, display, games

• Proficiency with scheduling and budgeting software

• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• A desire to remain informed of current trends and improvements, and the ability to

communicate highly technical concepts to a non-technical audience

• Demonstrated production competencies: client focus, accountability for results, team

effectiveness, developing others, attention to detail, flexibility and professional confidence.
