Digital Producer (Project Manager)

Our agency client is looking for a digital producer to join their team. This person must come with direct agency and end-to-end campaign delivery experience with 3-5+ years of experience.

Must have produced engaging interactive or technology experiences that involve incorporating assets from a combination of vendors or internal resources
Demonstrate solid leadership, confidence and teamwork, with logical decision-making skills while maintaining an open-mind to new ideas and processes
Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and focus on task completion is critical
Possess an innovative, customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
Exhibit a strong understanding of the creative process and project planning
Ability to read wireframes and storyboards, to assure they meet project objectives and are not outside defined scope prior to client presentation
Ability to estimate resources and hours needed to complete work by defining all needed tasks
Ability to build and work in cross-functional teams
Ability to reinforce team collaboration
Ability to manage stress in high-pressure situations and not let others “see you sweat”
Must possess the self-awareness to ask for help when needed and be prepared with solutions.
Willingness to simultaneously tackle multiple projects and challenges
Desire to create sustainable businesses and innovative user experiences for the largest brands on the web
Minimum of 3-5 years of interactive and multimedia experience is required
Candidate should be proficient with project management programs such as Visio, MS Project, OpenAir and have strong written and oral skills

RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as a liaison between the agency, the client and production resources
This is a client-facing role requiring confidence, organization and the ability to run meetings over the phone, WebEx (or other system), as well as to conduct onsite meetings
Manage both onsite resources and external contractors and vendors
Create accurate quotes and manage budgets to ensure proposed creative concepts can be produced within specified time-frames and budgets
Schedule, organize, and lead internal meetings to promote team collaboration
Update internal systems on a daily basis for departmental transparency and reporting needs
Maintains project quotes, timelines and burn
Understand resourcing and resource strategies to assure maximum production utilization
Collate action items and client feedback to manage the iteration process
Synthesize client communications in a succinct, single-direction manner for the production team
Schedule and initiate Quality Assurance reviews at specific milestones
Proactively escalate resource, budget or timeline issues in detail to the Director of Digital Project Management for effective communication to sales team and/or client
Manage production status reports to keep Director of Digital Project Management up to speed on where we stand with each project
Communicate upcoming projects and resource needs to the Resource Manager on a weekly basis, or more frequently as needed
This role reports to the Director of Digital Project Management
