Digital Producer, International

Our client is seeking a Digital Producer for the Digital Initiatives Group - the group responsible for bringing the company's brands to life on a variety of interactive platforms (online/web, video game consoles, handhelds, mobile, etc).

The International Digital Producer will work on Digital Localization Projects. We are looking for someone who is passionate about digital and is enthusiastic about tackling multiple projects within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate would have experience with website localization for multiple markets. This producer will support the lead producer who is responsible for creating strategy, objectives, success metrics and budgets for global online initiatives. It will be this International Producer’s responsibility to manage localization project schedules, resources and vendors to execute the creation of complex website content and deliver on key objectives in a highly matrixed environment.


Manage localization activities for global websites including content updates and new site launches
Own project management, scheduling and budgeting for various global digital projects to deliver high quality content on time and on budget
Work with the Language Support Group to submit and obtain translations
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Brand, Creative, IT, QA, International Subsidiaries, Localization teams)
Manage asset and information flow across various internal teams and outside vendors/contractors
Maintain awareness of trends in the industry including technology, mobile, media and more


Minimum of 5 years of work experience with at least 5 years experience of website project management and production
Proven track record launching and maintaining major global sites for the entertainment or online youth market preferred
Experience producing complex, large scale sites with multiple vendors
Experience with website localization best practices
Proven budget management and resource allocation skills
Broad knowledge of web and mobile technologies, digital media, enterprise level CMS etc.
Familiarity with waterfall, agile and scrum development methodologies
Experience developing & executing online marketing strategies preferred
Passion for the power of global digital content that translates into innovative, insightful and imaginative thinking


Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
Must communicate effectively and understand varied stakeholder interests
Ability to leverage both digital knowledge and people skills to produce results
Able to work seamlessly in a team development environment, with team members across all disciplines (Creative, IT, QA, Marketing, Legal, etc)
Knowledgeable about digital workflows and deliverables (requirements, wireframes, visual comps, technical architecture diagrams, etc)
Strong desire to develop engaging online digital content and experiences


Bachelor's Degree - Media, commerce, project management or related disciplines preferred.
5-8 years experience in digital production - entertainment, media or kids’ brands preferred
Production/project management experience essential


Passion for interactive play, fun and gaming of all kinds especially for kid related content
Ability to adapt quickly to a rapidly changing, fast-paced creative environment
Strong communication skills and ability to shine in a highly matrixed environment
Self-starter, proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
Demonstrated positive attitude, sees challenges as opportunities and translates them into action.
