This position contributes to our clients success by approaching production and project management as much art as it is science, with a proven ability to bring business strategies over the finish line and into production/execution while understanding the importance of strong partnerships with cross-functional teams as a vital means to do so. Someone who can fill the role as equal parts creative confident, logical task-master, strategic thinker and collaborative team member.

Ideal candidates will have a demonstrated history of leading cross-functional teams through highly complex digital programs. They also need to have strong instincts on how to observe, assess and create a plan of action that fits the project while making thoughtful decisions along the way.

You have a strong knowledge of digital platforms and the ability to help drive, manage and execute work in tight timelines, while fostering cross-team collaboration, will set you apart from the field.

Summary of Experience

• 3-5 years minimum leading Digital Marketing projects from planning through execution and delivery
• Building, leading and mentoring teams
• Functional expertise within Agency or in-house Creative and Digital Marketing
• Project management
• Relationship management with business partners
