Digital Producer

We are currently looking for a Digital Producer to join a small and rapidly growing integrated advertising agency where culture is everything. As Digital Producer, you will be responsible for delivering complete interactive projects on time and within budget, and managing those projects from the commencement of production through to post-launch project review. Projects can be digital campaigns for integrated clients, or entirely digitally focused campaigns.

You would be working as an integral team member of a Full Service National Advertising Agency, based in our Sydney office.

This role is responsible for scoping projects, developing and monitoring budgets and schedules during the project lifecycle, managing resource allocation to ensure accurate project delivery, and ensuring the final deliverable meets the quality expectations of the stakeholders.
Desired Skills & Experience
Minimum 3 years experience in digital project management & production, ideally with retail clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of web technologies and applications, having prior experience in digital production and project management.

Working across multiple campaigns simultaneously, the role would suit someone who is comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment, with an eye for UX development and digital innovation. Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills are a must as well as high attention to detail. Competency in Adobe Creative Suite will also be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
• Working with internal teams and external suppliers managing scopes of work and expectations.
• Working with Account Management teams to develop and implement project solutions
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communication flow as relates to production and the internal project team
• Define and manage team expectations regarding scope of work and responsibilities
• Manage project risks and issues and effectively communicate mitigation and escalate where appropriate.
• Develop and manage all production schedules, projections, specifications, assets and budgets for assigned jobs
• Reconciliation and analysis of projected vs. actual time/budgets and control of any variances
• Participate in the QA process to ensure projects are delivered to agreed upon specifications
• Work in tandem with Account Management to help identify new opportunities with clients
• Take an active role in expanding and improving the scope and quality of digital work produced at the agency, through consultation, education and instruction of staff and stakeholders.
