Summary:
Support and coordinate efforts in TV Everywhere, Time-Shifting (catch-up and start over), TV Apps, interactive content and any digital business model supporting the growth of our digital business.
Build strong content partnerships for our digital platforms, supporting all goals of the Digital Media departments and foster the deployment and distribution of our TV Everywhere services. This individual must have highly analytical and creative skills to help launch, manage, and support the network’s digital initiatives and overall global digital objectives in the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate implementation for selected markets, being the central point of contact internally, within the Affiliate Sales department, the Content Operations team and others.
• Make sure all operations throughout the regions have formal contract prior to testing and implementing offerings.
• Support the Operations team on implementing the automation that should be crucial for our initiatives.
• Work closely with the Affiliates Sales Marketing team to support their initiatives with Digital components, such as TV Apps and interactive content (TV games, quizzes, etc).
• Pursue content partnerships.
• Support the deployment, launch and distribution of our new online programming service.
• Coordinate and help on the implementation of the authentication process of our service with the different Affiliates (MSO’s).
• Keep track of audience and engagement, helping to define the strategy moving forward.
• Support and implement programming strategy
• Input metadata and schedule assets in content management system, as needed.
• Forge and manage relationships across all digital operational teams (distribution, operations, ad sales, marketing, rights clearances, and content sourcing) to ensure products are running smoothly.
• Execute the digital programming plan.
• Ensure that all projects that involve specific content packages (short-form video, games & interactives) are deployed in a timely and dynamic way.
• Monitor all deployed content to ensure site’s well performance and an excellent user’s experience.
• Ensure that geo-targeting capabilities are implemented and work closely with Programming department to guarantee alignment with local plans.
• Work with content manager and the technical support team to assure all content deployment is done in a timely fashion.
• Assign taxonomy, edit metadata and ensure that content is SEO compliant.
• Identifying potential future programming concepts that have particular mobile, broadband, TVE, and other new-platform potential and contributing Digital Media experience and influence to the commissioning process.

Requirements:
• Proven track record in publication and planning of content delivery in the online space (or comparable products and services).
• Proven track record in creating compelling content for brands
• Strong understanding of the impact of commercial imperatives on production and programming
• Experience of working with Editorial and Production Management teams
• High level of Editorial judgment
• Experience of working in a matrix framework
• Understanding of both television and digital media technologies
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects, with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience producing online, mobile, broadband, and other new-platform interactive projects a plus.
• Proven track record in creating compelling promotional content for websites and/or media apps
• Competent in the use of Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects, with multiple stakeholders.
• Understanding of right & clearances issues.
