This position contributes to team success by viewing software adoption as much art as it is science as Global Digital Marketing brings to life a new project management/workflow tool (WorkFront) that will streamline our processes and maximize team productivity. The successful candidate will equally possess a creative process confidence (understanding how digital marketing and creative players work), be a logical task-master, be a process builder and a collaborative team member.

Ideal candidate will have demonstrated history of leading cross-functional team towards adoption of something new (a tool, a new process, etc) and can work with and understand the many players it takes to bring a creative/digital project to life and how we can best track and manage this. They must have a hunger for being at the center of how digital marketing works and operates to execute world class digital campaigns across all channels.
Your knowledge of digital platforms is considerable. You love technology as a means to bring creative programs to life. And your ability to drive, manage and execute work while fostering cross-team collaboration and relentless support will set you apart from the field.

Summary of Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
 Own overall relationship with external service provider. Including working with provider on all planning, work sessions and training. Billing and license management.
 Work with Global Digital Marketing teams/players to analyze current processes, tools, systems, etc. to make recommendations for software set up and workflow development within the software. Acts as subject matter expert in cross-functional teams to provide recommendations for process adjustments or improvements.
 Lead all tool on boarding, training and implementation workshops to ensure 100% user adoption and confidence within the tool. And continues with ongoing support and training to ensure team is supported.
 Act as contact for all users within Global Digital Marketing on system issues or problems. Troubleshoots, identifies and tracks software and hardware issues to ensure resolution and to keep systems operational. Develops recommendations and
coordinates issue resolution with Information Technology (IT) and outside service provider based on business unit priorities. Documents and communicates problem resolution.
 Gathers and documents business requirements. Helps design and develop new and improved processes and system enhancements to best support business unit and teams' needs. Participates with IT developers in testing for system fixes, new releases and enhancements, changes and implementations, in order to ensure functionality and user acceptance.
 Maintains the integrity and functionality of business unit systems by performing system database maintenance.
 Tracks project progress and provides updates to impacted parties.
 Communicates, supports and recommends processes for improving business planning, cross functional communication, work integration and teamwork between partners from all departments.

Basic Qualifications
- Experience in project management and exposure to digital marketing and creative strongly preferred.
