Digital Producer
• Work closely with the Manager, Digital Production, AVP, Digital and & SVP, Internet to review project briefs and develop project timelines for various engagement pieces on company website
• Coordinates resources, tasks and schedules and effectively communicates across departments to define scope of work/expectations and ensure deadlines for deliverables are met
• Facilitates creative and functional reviews, intakes feedback and executes follow-ups with various partners
• Interfaces frequently with Marketing, Copy, Design, Front End Web Development, and Web Operations
• Coordinate and facilitate requirements gathering as well as participate in the UX development for special projects
• Responsible for using the Content Management System to upload creative assets and edit copy for site updates
• Coordinates QA, including cross-browser/cross-device/cross-platform proofing, to identify and resolve any issues pre-launch. Prioritizes issues to be addressed
• Manages various key creative distributions and insures feedback is addressed
• Work closely with vendors to manage relationships, delivery schedules and expectations
• Keen understanding of the social space and social integration
• Maintains knowledge of industry best practices through online patterning, focused on topics relevant to Victoria’s Secret
• Conduct project hindsight meetings with cross-functional teams to better understand strengths and opportunities on the project-level

5 to 6 years digital production/project management experience, especially working with creative teams

5 to 6 years digital agency experience working directly with clients preferred
Experience using a Content Management System

Strong working knowledge of front end web technologies and capabilities, as well as experience working hands on with HTML and CSS

Experience with social campaigns and social integration
Previous experience with desktop and mobile application development
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, MS Project, Word,
