The Digital Initiatives Group is the business unit within this CPG company. charged with bringing the brands to life on a variety of interactive platforms (online, video game consoles, handhelds, mobile, eCommerce and emerging media). They are seeking a Digital Producer for digital marketing initiatives across several of this company's global brands. This role will partner with digital marketing leads and cross-functional global digital leads to lead and produce projects through the development phase and will be responsible for driving market assignment from start to closure. Work in close cooperation with the creative teams, key account managers and stakeholders leveraging internal and external resources, planning/creating schedule and budgets, and delivering products on time and in budget. They will also be responsible for tracking and meeting key performance results, keeping stakeholders well informed of status, cultivating a culture of continuously improving the process and building a project management practice including processes and documentation to improve efficiency and effectiveness of production.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the estimation, planning and management of web creative design and implementation projects (generally with the assistance of creative and technical leads); Track and adhere to project schedules and budgets; Manage internal teams and vendors; Clearly and concisely communicating the project status to program leadership, business stakeholders, and other teams in the program; Involvement with production support and issue resolution activities; Triage and prioritization of production issues and defects; Raise awareness of dependencies and blocks that are impediments to the sprint / iteration; Prioritize, track, and remediate issues; Ability to find ways to improve process and tools to gain efficiencies; Provide input for the optimization of process for content management and website/app localization; Assist in definition of scope and UX design; Make web and app content updates through the CMS Skills: Strong understanding of web/app design and development and the related technologies; Experience managing QA process, including initiating, reviewing, assigning and triaging bugs; Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead through influence; Strong understanding of Project Management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile); Ability to quickly pivot between high level strategic thinking and detailed tactical execution and implementation; Demonstrates strong knowledge and thorough understanding of digital landscape; Highly organized, self-starter, must be willing to jump in and get the job done if necessary; Proven collaboration skills in improving process and work flow management; Ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly demanding environment; Ability to parcel and delegate technical projects and develop production team members; Excellent reporting and analytic skills, both quantitative and qualitative, with strong attention to detail. Experience with Google Analytics or comparable; Experience working in a web CMS
Education: MBA preferred, minimum 5 years of experience, preferably marketing and commercial execution
