Our client is a fast paced agency in San Francisco looking for an awesome and detail-oriented Digital Producer/Project Manager! This opportunity is on-site in San Francisco, 40-hours/week with a 6-month commitment and potential for hire. Agency experience preferred but not required.

MUST HAVES:
- has produced websites and project managed workflows of designers and developers
- at least 2 to 3 years of experience doing web/digital production
- has experience in a client-facing position

Minimum Qualifications:​
Expert knowledge of Microsoft or Google office products, as well as project management tools (such as Function Point, Basecamp, SmartSheets etc); a working knowledge of HTML; and an understanding of the HTML development framework.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
90% of time will include the following job functions:
● Understand, support, maintain multiple digital projects and clients, with the ability to
prioritize workload effectively between accounts
● Manage large, complex digital projects – which includes managing client relationships
● Works with the team to complete RFP's, project scoping, sizing and pricing estimates
for key digital projects
● Acts as the client point­ of contact for all project related issues
● Develop, maintain and effectively execute project plans throughout the life of assigned
project(s)
● Create and maintain a project schedule, which defines activities, sequence,
dependencies, duration and associated resource requirements
● Contribute to establishing project vision
● Acquires appropriately skilled project resources to successfully meet client expectations
● Manage project budgets, POs, invoices and project financials
● Understand and communicate client business needs to the internal team and to outside
partners
● Negotiate, define, communicate and manage the scope of each project, including
managing the change order process
● Plan and manage internal and external project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information and deliverables to colleagues, clients and vendors
● Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate and communicate project risks and represent the team's consensus in all client communications clearly
trends, innovation around emerging technologies, and digital best
practices
● Contribute to the creative process by assessing feasibility of proposed solutions and
recommending approaches that may better suit the end goal
● Gather assets from clients and ensure items are organized and accessible to
production resources in a timely manner
● Support other senior Account Executives by providing senior digital consultancy
services at the beginning of a digital project across all accounts
