Digital Producer – Paid Media/Content Marketing

We are looking for a Digital Producer with proven experience with Content Syndication & Native Advertising.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years experience with paid digital marketing in general and 1+ year experience in content marketing/native advertising. While a subject matter expert in content marketing, the Digital Producer must also have a strong working knowledge of multiple digital marketing channels in order to deliver integrated, multi-touchpoint programs for the organization. Emphasis is placed on direct experience with industry leaders like Nativo, Dianomi and Taboola. Experience using the Adobe Marketing Cloud platform is highly recommended. Prior experience at a media agency or in-house agency working on plans representing $10,000,000 in spend or higher highly recommended. 

Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
• Works closely with the Channel Leads, Marketing, internal and agency teams to manage and optimize programs utilizing content marketing.
• Serves as the Marketing subject matter expert and will work closely with internal teams to build internal knowledge and best practices of the channel
• Partners with the agency and analytics team to track and analyze performance metrics to make data-driven recommendations per campaign and deliver timely reporting, analysis and optimization recommendations
• Initiates new campaigns and plans internally, trains creative team to develop new content for content marketing, reporting and analyzing our programs 
• Stays abreast of the latest tools, capabilities and best practices to maximize the performance of our digital plans

Skills/Qualifications:
• Subject matter expert in content marketing
• Ideally, direct experience with industry leaders like Nativo, Dianomi and Taboola
• Experience using the Adobe Marketing Cloud platform is high recommended
• Critical thinker who can identify issues, demonstrates sound judgment when resolving matters of high complexity; demonstrates strong analytical, curiosity, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively work in a team environment and across broad, diverse groups 
• Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills; strong inter-personal skills; strong presentation skills
• At least 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, including 1 with content marketing
• Prior experience at a media agency or in-house agency working on plans representing $10M+ in spend budget
• Ideal candidate will have deep, hands on experience in the tools necessary to manage their channel and be certified in applicable applications as appropriate. 
• The candidate should have a strong working knowledge of other digital channels that overlap/align with their channel (i.e. an SEM channel producer should have a strong working knowledge of SEO, an email producer should have a strong working knowledge of web/landing page design and metrics)
• Strong working knowledge of multiple marketing channels in order to deliver integrated, multi-touchpoint programs for the organization
• BA or BS degree required
