Our client is seeking a Digital Producer to join their organization! It is a temp-to-perm, Full-time position. Please see the details below and hit apply if interested!

The Digital Producer is a dynamic and driven strategic project manager who can effectively work with cross-functional teams and lead their team in the organizing, planning and development of all digital (interactive) agency projects. The Producer must be a great communicator with strong oral and verbal skills. A strong team leader who can prioritize tasks, define what should be done and delegate effectively to accomplish each task.
They are constantly staying abreast of technology and its application to the digital communications space. A team player who meets or exceeds standards of quality and get results despite a large workload with competing demands within a fast-paced environment.

Essential Functions:

• Primary Responsibilities:

>Exhibit strong time management skills and delegate project work clearly and concisely
to reporting team members.

>Actively participate in strategic planning sessions for integrated programs with digital projects. Guide teams on business goals, metrics, positioning, risks to ensure client
“buy- in”.

>Develop accurate and informed scopes of work including development plans, tagging
plans, schedules and budgets, using the correct tools and with regard to client and agency needs/expectations.

>Enforce quality control processes in each project to ensure all deliverables have been
fully tested and functional to specs.

>Set clear expectations for tasks and deliverables, communicating clearly to team and
providing proper materials/documentation necessary.

>Exhibit strong listening skills and the ability to tactfully communicate position on relevant
issues to reach team consensus.

>Collaborate with team leaders to ensure client expectations are managed with regard to
scope and progress in schedule and budget.

>Utilize analytic insights to provide process or strategy improvements to elevate digital
production on a regular basis for clients

>Manage email campaigns through Mailchimp

• Primary Relationships:

>A role which liaisons with all agency departments including Account Management, Creative, Project Management, etc.

>Works directly with in-house development team and outside vendor

Additional Responsibilities:

In addition to the essential functions of the position, it is imperative that the person in this role be proactive and resourceful with strong leadership abilities.
