Digital Planner Specialist

Our client is looking for a Digital Planner to join their team. This is a full-time, on-site contract opportunity located in downtown Minneapolis.

UAT & Production Validation Leader
• Ensures quality product upon release, maximizing KPIs and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Ensures business requirement sign off and a single driver for resolution if business requirements are not met.
• Single point of contact for defect resolution in partnership with the BOS team and Development teams, ensuring efficient communication and expedient bug triage and resolution.
• Drives improvements throughout the release cycle for efficient and productive UAT and Product Validation, maximizing development output.

Intake Coordination & Business Case Analysis
• Leads intake business case analysis and enables the team to quickly identify high impact opportunities and subsequent road map augmentation in order to drive maximum KPI growth in each release.
• Enables team to quickly reprioritize road map items based on new data, ensuring high return initiatives receive precedence.
• Central point of contact for mobile intake ensures an efficient and transparent experience for partners and stakeholders and enables other members of the mobile team to drive sourced initiatives, thus maximizing KPI driving initiative output.

3. A/B Testing Coordinator
• Coordinate and lead all A/B testing work with developers and UX/D leads.
• Ensures code and assets are delivered to appropriate parties in an efficient manner, maintain a rapid-moving A/B test plan and maximizing testing output, delivering KPI driving optimizations faster.
• Ensures code and assets are accurate and built according to business requirements, thus maximizing testing effectiveness and result quality.

4. Requirements Documentation
• Lead Requirements Documentation (Story Writing).
• Drive requirement quality, clarity and consistency.
• Drives high story writing efficacy across Product and UX teams, and ensures business requirements are clear for development teams. Clear requirements maximize developer output and drives speed to market on initiatives.

Provide development teams clear, prioritized direction on what to work on. Approved completed work for release once objectives & quality standards are met.

Effectively interact and transact business with agency/vendor/client partners.

College degree or equivalent work experience required; four-year college degree preferred
7+ years of relevant experience
5+ years Project/Process Management experience with multiple interactive projects (required)
Strong organizational skills and detail orientation
-Ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity, self-directed
Strong presentation skills and ability to interact effectively with strong personalities
Ability to clearly and concisely communicate with off-site partners
Macintosh and PC hardware and software knowledge (i.e., Photoshop, Illustrator, Visio, Microsoft Office Suite, JIRA, Quality Center)
Understanding of HTML, JHTML, XML/XSLT, CSS, ActionScript and JavaScript (jQuery, YUI, non-framework, and JSON)
