Digital Performance & ROI Project Manager

We are looking for a Digital Performance & ROI Project Manager to be relocated to Paris. You will work at the HQ level and pilot simultaneously several study projects with local market. The first Digital Performance Dashboards have been launched in 2015 and shared across the organization with Top 200 Executives exposed.  The Digital Performance team supports 20+ Countries & 20+ Brands for their Top Management visits, with reports production, data analysis and strategic business recommendations. Dashboards data automation has been kick-started in 2016, allowing Digital Performance team to focus on value-added business recommendations and coaching to enhance business performance across the organization, changing mindsets to “Data & ROI Driven Decision Making”.

 

The Digital Performance & ROI management:

  • ROI Research Project Management:
  • Help designing the Paid Owned Earned ROI research agenda for the group
  • End to end project management of planned Research topics, coordinating internal and external stakeholders (large scope of projects - from consolidating meta-analysis of media best practices to running real life media mixes A/B testing…)
  • Conduct Adhoc internal Data analysis to support ROI Research topics, directly or partnering with Data Science/Analyst team
  • Support with presenting results within the group

 

  • Support Data Ops team to measure the performance vs Competition effectively (Dashboards):
  • Make sure data is benchmarking our business indicators in a proper way; both offering top executives an help to decision making and supporting digital/marketing teams to frame simple outputs with actionable insights (DEM management)
  • Coordinate with CMI stakeholders (Consumer & Market Insights) and Cockpit “champions” across divisions and countries to implement what makes sense in terms of insights needs and business priorities
  • Train and upskill Dashboards users on how to surf onto the platform and read data in order to take the most of it
  • Work with Data Operations to ensure Data quality, reporting, alerts, and suggest solutions to improve reliability
  • Manage communications around new improvements (data upgrade/bug fixing/new visualisation/etc.) to the appropriate audiences

 

  • Contribute to “Data & ROI Driven Decision Making”:
  • Help developing training materials to cascade ROI across the organization
  • Work on ROI best practices and guidelines to help the group leveraging knowledge and encouraging a more data driven mind-set

Support with writing a Content insights program creating specific communications that will be addressed and adapted across target audiences.
